This company is specialized in creating new home models for new developments in NYC. The project is located in Manhattan, becoming the first condominium to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification. IMG was hired to redesign this apartment without looking greener.
Designers started from creating an attractive project for possible buyers, making a spacious home in about 1,356 square foot home. Functionality is the keyword Visionaire project. The designer used the right furniture to create multiple functions, adding a sense of space. A Floating desk was placed in front of a large window, tall mirrors across walls to reflect the light and give a bigger impression of space.
Another important aspect of this project was the selection of the right colors for furniture and walls. Neutral palettes were used to extend the space and make the project become cozier. Grasscloth wallpapers were added in living and dining room. The same idea was used in the master bedroom.
The final project had a custom dining round banquette, media unit, bar unit and bed headboards specially designed for the unique, functional and neutral look of the space.
