A New York Car: Lamborghini Gallardo LP-570-4 squadra corse

When we walk the streets of NYC there’s a feeling we’re riding the most noisy and powerful roads of the world. Indeed, New York City is a powerful city with a lot of importance. Therefore a car is an important way to feel the buzz of the Big City. I can see no better can than this latest model from Lamborghini: the Gallardo LP-570-4 squadra corse.

With the days counted in the production of the lamborghini gallardo, the italian manufacturer has decided to introduce a street-legal variant of the company’s successful LP-570-4 super trofeo racecar. expected to make its world debut at the 2013 international motor show in frankfurt this september, the new ‘gallardo LP-570-4 squadra corse’ integrates a standard LP-570-4 chassis and the same V10 engine which is used in the racing version without modifications. together with aluminum and carbon fiber, the construction of the ‘squadra corse’ sees a weight reduction of over 70kgs, which gives the vehicle a power-to-weight ratio of 2.35 kilograms per horsepower, bringing the 570hp raging bull from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and up to 320km/h. Fast enough to reach Soho from Times Square in seconds!

Beyond to the already feather-weight exterior body construction, the interior cockpit incorporates carbon fiber elements – from the door panels, racing seats and centre console – with alcantara leather that adorns the rest of the cabin. It makes you to live there!

Luxurious and powerful enough for the Big City. I am sure you’re addicted to this sports racing car. Here at New York Design Agenda we are!
