121 East 22nd Street is OMA’s first residential complex in Manhattan, New York. It´s located near Gramercy Park, a calm oasis formed around a private park and Madison Square, a bustling public space hosting an array activities and commercial programming.
XY 180

The collection was inspired by the key characters in the discourse of architecture – point, line and surface. OMA´s design ambition was to step away from a luminaire that simply relied on shape, towards a design focused on performance. Designed for domestic and public interior spaces these floor, wall and ceiling lights are also perfect for both individual and shared workspace decor.
RAI NHow Hotel
Other one of the best projects of architecture stars OMA is RAI Nhow Hotel for convention and exhibition center located in rapidly developing Zuidas business district of Amsterdam. Planned to be the largest hotel of the Benelux, with 650 rooms in total, this complex includes a restaurant, bar, and a live television studio, provide places for work as well as entertainment, also after the opening hours of events in the RAI Amsterdam convention and exhibition center.
E’con
Eindhoven’s station area E´con is project of architecture stars OMA planned for this year. With 50.000 daily passers-by E’con is being redeveloped to function as inner city traffic junction. The site has the potential to become a dynamic place that connects multiple transportation networks and provides attractive living, working and transit spaces. E’con is planned to serve as a residential tower of 72400 m2 including 35450 m2 of apartments, a hotel, office and retail spaces, a gym and parking facilities.
