Since 2008, BHDM has undertaken a wide range of residential and commercial projects, many of which involve prestigious hotels, eateries, and retail establishments.
By creating spaces that tell a story and reimagine the visual environment with elegant, energetic, and sophisticated designs that embrace a sense of theatricality and the unexpected, BHDM helps its illustrious customers interpret their vision.
A blend of neutral tones and many wooden design elements are used in this BHDM residential project in Greenport to create a contemporary and peaceful atmosphere.
Our perceptions of and interactions with dentistry are being transformed by the New York-based dental practice Tend. In order to build the brand through site selection, test fits, and the design of their initial seven sites, BHDM collaborated with TEND’S internal real estate team. For their continuous development and market presence, BHDM also produced a “kit of parts” that is unique to their brand.
Located at the intersection of Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo, and Downtown Brooklyn, Amberly is a brand-new luxury apartment building in Brooklyn.
The goal of BHDM was to anticipate as many different user types and specific user needs as possible while designing recreational places. Their team took into account how residents would use each room, what amenities they would need and want to have in the comfort of their own houses. We designed the living areas to allow and prioritize each at the same time, from dining, lounging or inviting a buddy for a drink on the roof, to co-working and working upside down.
