Successful interior designer, Eric Cohler, came up with an elegant triplex in New York City. Previously, the triplex was one home which was then broken up into six units, and then back down to two triplex units. Eric Cohler and his brother Matt Cohler fell in love with the lower triplex unit and started to get to work on this project.
