A Tour Through New York’s Newest Design Address

Hudson Yards is one of the worlds’ most enviable and unique addresses and draws together the best of New York in just one single place.

With a big open spaced area, Fifteen Hudson Yards includes over 14 acres of new green parks and plazas that culminate in an unmissable structure. This is a chance to get to know better one of the most – if not the most – interesting neighborhoods on the West Side.
Beyond all the lovely green spaces mentioned above, the neighborhood is met with three exceptional city parks valued by those close. Located on the High Line – the 1.5-mile elevated park converted from a historic train line and designed by New York’s own design firm, Diller Scofidio + Renfro – Hudson Yards got double the privilege because of its location and access to other valuable spots of the city that never sleeps.

Ready for a Saturday morning jog or for a bike ride on Sunday’s afternoon? Hudson Yards provides a direct access to the 500 waterfront acres of Hudson River Park – perfect for both activities and with a stunning view of the greenways surrounding Manhattan!
Half of Hudson Yards‘ space is devoted to green spots and Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects‘ own project – the Public Square and Gardens – sits right in the middle of it, with a prime view for New York’s Staircase.
The Vessel was designed by Heatherwick Studio and is one of the focus points and tourist-seeking attention on Hudson Yards.
But The Vessel isn’t the only magnet part of this one of a kind address. Introducing The Shed! – a culture center, producing and presenting a wide range of activities in performing arts, visual arts and pop culture. And close by, soaring 88 stories, Fifteen Hudson Yards rises in a dramatic new addition to Manhattan’s skyline. The intent of the four arcs of glass? Maximizing the views of the Hudson River and the sparkling skyline of New York.
Some of the most respected firms in architecture and design have joined forces at Hudson Yards. The already mentioned Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Rockwell Group and Ismael Leyva have partnered together, each bringing their own talent and diverse portfolios to the game.
