For the 58th Salone Internazionale del Mobile, Knoll celebrated an important anniversary: The Bauhaus centenary, and presented the new collections, alongside the iconic products of the brand, eloquently emphasizing a clear set of values: timelessness, the coherent design logic that was always been the company’s trademark, skilfully combined with uniqueness and comfort.

For this edition of Salone, Lissoni has created Gould, a new family of upholstered furniture inspired by the American Fifties and the architecture of that period.

Knoll also showed the new Smalto collection of tables designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, featuring a forceful graphic approach that becomes a contemporary reinterpretation of the great design classics.

In keeping with the philosophy “Modern Always,” Knoll presented new developments alongside modern classics by exceptional architects and designers like Florence Knoll, Mies van der Rohe, Eero Saarinen, and Harry Bertoia, in a display space, honed down to the smallest details in impeccable style.
