NYCxDESIGN is the New York City’s annual celebration of design that attracts hundreds of thousands of attendees and designers from across the globe. This event is going to happen on 12-20 May 2020, and today, NYDA is going to show you everything you need to know about this amazing event.

The event celebrates a world of design and showcases over a dozen design disciplines through events taking place across the city’s five boroughs.

Brought to life by New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) in conjunction with a steering committee of leading members of New York City’s design community, NYCxDESIGN highlights the unique creative, cultural, educational, and economic opportunities in New York City.

Launched in 2013, the NYCxDESIGN is a collaboration between New York City Economic Development Corporation, City agencies, the Mayors’ Office, City Council and a steering committee composed of some of the City’s most renowned design institutions, retailers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, curators, educators, editors and – of course- designers.
