An Icosa Village Pod is located in Williamsburg, a singular choice for a person that don’t like conventions.

We are fans of green prefab houses and what better place to build one than on a rooftop? The Sleek LoftCube is a chic and cheerful prefab designed specifically for rooftops. Designed by Werner Aisslinger, the square structure can be transported by helicopter and costs around $60,000. For something even cheaper, the $2000 prefab Icosa Village Pod. The geodesic dome folds into itself and can be easily assembled just about anywhere.

These houses seems to be picked and placed by a tornado and they truly inspire us to think in some life changing resolutions like built our own home in the middle of New York. And what about having our own office outside the apartment with all the privacy that we need to work or even our refugee in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the planet?
