It’s not easy for Jenny Dyer to pick a favorite room in the Southampton, New York, house that she shares with her boyfriend, Theory founder Andrew Rosen. There’s the luxuriously tranquil bathroom with the round teak tub and deep-welled skylight, making summertime bathing al fresco an option.
From the porch to the master bedroom all interior is full decorated in a penchant for midcentury-modern architecture, showcasing the luscious expanse of greenery and natural light, by preserve the ivy-covered facade but carved out chunks of wall.
