His shows are anticipated sculptural installations and this year he takes this to a new level in a collaboration with TSAR carpets. The lighting component utilizes Swarovski Elements. Raison Pure NYC L’Orangerie is a foundation dedicated to helping inner city high school students discover craftsmanship and design – inspiring them with career choices in areas they may not have imagined. We realized the lack of options for students not going on to college. By partnering with designers and craftsmen who are an important part of our own success, we want to help young people to learn about different crafts and foster their own creative spirit.
Juniper is a Brooklyn-based design and manufacturing company founded in 2011. At Juniper, we believe that good design is essential and holds the power to change people’s lives. We want to share this passion by offering thoughtfully realized solutions in lighting, furniture and accessories that address the way people live today. Juniper is also excited to launch a line of contemporary office accessories and lighting from award-winning designers in the USA and Europe.
Playable Studio designs spaces that say “yes” to play. The objects we design serve as meeting points between the generations through multifunction, playability, and beauty. Founder, Willie Hoffman, is a designer, philosopher, educator, and craftsman. While studying philosophy at the University of Virginia he co-founded the Center for Experimental Living, whose mission is to expose valuable misinterpretations of normative reality.
